The goal of the project for the Prime Minister’s Office was to support 63 ministries, central agencies and provincial offices in the introduction of modern management methods. We conducted a thorough diagnosis of management systems, on the basis of which we implemented complex advisory work programmes within 22,400 hours of consultation. They resulted in the improvement of already existing management solutions and will contribute to their integration into a cohesive system in a long-term perspective. The implementations included systems of management by objectives, process management and competency-based management.

I managed a development project for the commercial network Piotr i Paweł, whose aim was to implement a development strategy and strengthen the group’s competitiveness. A comprehensive programme of activities including 133 training courses and almost 1,200 hours of consultations contributed to the development of managing staff and employees’ competence. The undertaking was implemented with regard for the values of the company – respect, trust and free market.

The aim of the project was to increase the organisational effectiveness and competitiveness of Amica Wronki S.A. and IBS. The competence of managing staff and employees were enhanced in the course of an extensive two-year-long activity programme.

vetoquinol-projekt

“The development of employees as development of the company” project implemented for the manufacturer of veterinary medicines Vetoquinol Biowet Sp. z o.o. aimed at strengthening the company’s competitiveness and the development of the managing staff’s competence. What was also important was the support for the implementation of production management systems and for the development of clinical research. 103 training sessions and advisory services for 330 people were provided within the framework of the project.

The project for Tulcon S.A. and cooperating entrepreneurs aimed at improving the quality of human resource management, the management effectiveness and developing the competence of managing staff and HR Department employees.

The aim of the project entitled “Tourism – our joint concern” was to increase the competitiveness of the tourism sector in 5 provinces: Zachodniopomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Lubelskie, Małopolskie and Śląskie through developing the qualifications and abilities of managing staff, employees in the tourism sector as well as institutions and organisations impacting the functioning of the sector.
