I seek to be effective in making my customers’ goals achievable. In order to get this, I plan multilevel and integrated development projects which serve as a tool to deal with organisation problems wherever they pop up. Before I take an action, I analyse the situation, identify the goals and expectations, then I match the solution with individual needs.

Integration

I assist organisations in building their maturity, while working together with them on management standards. I teach managers to use a project-oriented approach in their work and to face the issue of implementing changes on a daily basis. I build cohesive competence systems facilitating employees’ development. I design tools improving a company’s efficiency and the quality of everyday work.

I’ve gained my management experience in the most renowned Polish companies. I was in charge of a projects implementation department. I led complex development projects whose budgets were as high as several million Polish zlotys, e.g. for the Prime Minister’s Office, Amica Wronki, Piotr i Paweł Group and Vetoquinol Biowet.

    I had a chance to work in the project (6 months) managed by Joanna. This was a truly complex project (many locations throughout Poland, dozens of consultants to manage, rigorous formal requirements to fulfil (public sector!), organizations often reluctant to change).
    I was impressed by the way Joanna managed it: with strong consideration to the schedule (although, where possible, demonstrating flexibility and pragmatic approach), high attention to quality of the deliverables and great feel of the client’s needs (even those “unspoken”).
